Dr. Helin is truly exceptional. She listens attentively, not just to your words, but to what your body is communicating as well. Her energy is contagious, and she takes the time to clearly and thoroughly explain what’s happening throughout your body and why it matters. Her care is comprehensive, a full-body assessment, chiropractic treatment, therapeutic work, blending sports medicine, and even movement homework. Dr. Helin consistently goes above and beyond, even following up with a detailed, educational email outlining what was addressed, what to expect next, and how to continue supporting your health. An easy eleven out of ten.
