We had a wonderful experience with all of the staff at A Better Solution. Victor and Emily came out to meet with us, understand our needs, and then sent us some very kind caregivers. The staff was responsive, delivered on all of their promises, and provided exceptional care during a very difficult time for our family. Highly recommend them.

Better Solutions took care of me for four months. At first I had 24/7 care. Almost twenty CNAs total during that time. Most were very good. The rest were good. I eventually had to narrow it down to one person. I was fortunate to pick Crystal as my primary caregiver. She was excellent. Very kind and above all, cared greatly about my well being. She motivated me to do my physical therapy every day, wear clean clothes. and take my showers. I became a bit lazy during me illness, but she played a huge part in getting me back into shape. A Better Solution CNA school provided the most excellent teaching. Mrs. Sabrina’s teaching goes above and beyond ensuring all of us get a solid understanding of what we need to know in CNA environment. She was there with us EVERY step and made sure we understood our mistakes and explained anything that we were unsure of in class. Our class has aspiring Nurses and a PA who wanted to experience hands-on before going into the field and we all are so lucky to have chosen A Better Solution CNA school as it helped guide us through the first part of our journey.
