“Cristy is a miracle worker! I had a complex surgery on my arm and hand that after a few months of rehabilitation therapy I still had little movement and lots of swelling. My surgeon suggested lymphatic drainage massage, so I found Cristy's clinic online. At my first appointment, she did a thorough assessment of my posture and physical limitations. She recommended myofacia release therapy and spent 90 minutes doing amazing stretching type movements (much more complicated then that but hard to describe.) She can feel the scar tissue releasing with her movements. By the end of one session I had about 30% more range of motion and my pain and swelling decreased significantly. I have seen her two more times since and I look forward to the visits because I always feel so much better and encouraged that I may regain full function of my hand.
