Proactive Carmel Valley is professional and provides excellent care. Donovan treated my knee injury with care and compassion. The home exeecisws are available on an app with a video to help you remember how to do them. There is also a place to check that you completed each.I really like the way the staff continually checks in with how you feel as you complete each exercise.

I love ProActive! The physical therapists are all very talented and have helped me a ton in my recovery. I have gone to them for my back and feet troubles. These great, kind people are the best in their field.

I cannot sing enough praises for Morgan and Donovan and the whole team at ProActive at Carmel Valley. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional while always kind and compassionate.I take my 95-year old mom to Carmel Valley weekly for balance and strength work among other things. They are always amazingly in tune with her needs as they closely monitor her and her progress. They listen actively and always take her concerns to heart. They encourage and challenge her while making her sessions fun and light-hearted. They know exactly what workouts to give her while changing the exercises enough so as not to be boring.
