The Spine Zone therapists are very professional and caring. At all times I felt listened to and understood, especially when I was trying to describe sciatica pain levels. I was having a lot of trouble sleeping until Cole gave me some tips on positions and exercises that helped a lot. Now I can actually sleep lying down instead of sitting up. I really liked the exercise machines; they stretch muscles that at home exercises don't reach. I highly recommend this team. It was pretty easy to schedule appointments.

SpinZone Del Mar has become a primary resource to my overall physical well being and the sole place I refer clients when they are wanting an active and collaborative physical therapy for a spine related issues. Luis is great - a true welcoming and experienced professional, Reed has advanced diagnostic skills with clear communication skills, and the overall support staff are very alert to making your time and care is a priority. I am a six star satisfied patient!

I took a bad fall, and sprained my SI joint,back in 5/22. Had a previous injury to L 4/5 10 yrs previous, resulting in a "spondy,"that only stabilized after prolotherapy.This current injury/xray,showed a "spondy," to L4/5,also,but not as severe. and was still having pain/nerve referals/sciatica.I started the SpineZone program,as soon as swelling went down.with Cameron Checky.He was thorough,watched me like a hawk, and had suggestions, small adjustments, when I would experience a ny pain/nerve reaction.
