My therapist was Dr Sarah. She really knows what she is doing and how to help you with your issues. I have improved so much. All of the therapists were friendly and appeared professional.

As a new mom, BeSpoke Physical Therapy has been such a helpful part of my postpartum journey. Having professional, curated workouts that I could do from home made it so much easier to focus on rebuilding strength and feeling good in my body after giving birth.
I especially loved that every exercise had videos showing exactly how to do it. This made me feel confident that I was doing the movements correctly and getting the most out of each workout. And somehow, I would finish a workout feeling like I had barely worked out—only to realize the next day that I was definitely sore!

I had such an amazing experience working with Dr. Julianne Lane throughout my pregnancy. I first saw her in my early second trimester for a baseline pelvic floor assessment and to better understand how I could safely continue to exercise and support my body as my pregnancy progressed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind, and I immediately felt comfortable asking questions and talking openly about my concerns.
