I came in with persistent shoulder pain that had been bothering me for months, and thanks to her care and expertise, I’m finally able to have movement and get back to working out ?️♀️ . Dr. Emma took the time to really listen, explain what was going on, and create a personalized treatment plan that is working.
The whole staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Every visit felt positive and encouraging, and I always left feeling better than when I came in.
Thank you again!“

3704 Ruffin Rd, San Diego“Extremely amazing practice. I had two injuries and they helped me recover them both. I had some hip issues for a few months, after a month or so of PT I felt comfortable to go back on my long hikes. I also had a lot of shoulder pain and they helped me strengthen and understand how to engage my shoulders better. The PT environment is extraordinarily welcoming and fun. I am always excited to come in!“

I’ve been seeing him every couple of weeks for over a year now he not only does all the right adjustments to get your body back in alignment, he also gives you tailored exercise exercises so that you can continue to work on your ownbody while at home. I used to throw my neck out every couple of months and go see a chiropractor reactively since I’ve been seeing Dr. Epstein, I haven’t thrown my neck out at all because I’ve been treating preventatively.“

Can't say enough about the team at ES3 Physical Therapy. This team knows their stuff to say the least. I unfortunately have seen my share of physical therapy practices in my life and this team is absolutely the best I've ever found.“

3959 Ruffin Rd J, San Diego“I did my post-op ACL PT at Rehab United and I’m very glad I did. I worked with Chris, who was honestly awesome to work with. He’s very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient, and answered more questions than anyone reasonably deserves. As a casual CrossFitter, it was really nice to have a PT who understood my type of training and could tailor my exercises to be more specific to what I wanted to get back to. He did a great job of challenging me while also holding me back when needed to protect me from myself.
The aides and the rest of the staff were also incredible — always friendly, helpful, and contributing to the overall good vibe in the clinic. Chris, along with the entire KM staff, created a really warm, positive, and genuinely fun environment, which made the whole process feel way less miserable than expected.“

They helped without making me jump through hoops, and I am benefitting from the kindness and paying it forward existentially. The sense was that the people inside this clinic know their ultimate priority is to help alleviate pain. So yes, thank you for the kindness :)“

My overall experience was positive, Doctor Peavy and her staff got me back to 100% within a short period. I want to especially recognize Lukas, who's attention to details, always caught my slight miscues in exercises and showed me the correct ways. I am now back to hiking and walking the golf course, pain free! John Baldwin“

“Due to a wrist injury skateboarding I had to get pt. I happened to chose Rise in El Cajon due to it's location and I'm happy I did. Casey was my pt. He was professional, supportive, and made me feel comfortable. The other pts were always professional and greeted patients with smile and and hello. They never were goofing around which I appreciated. Thank you Rise Physical Therapy.“

My doctor said I was going to need surgery if the physical therapy didn't show improvement within 6 months. After the 1st month of working with Garrett and Vanessa my doctor says I no longer need surgery. I continue to work with them to strengthen my foot and my balance. It's been 3 months and I no longer have foot pain. The staff really listens to you and helps you figure out a solution.
They work inside a gym (and at a pool nearby but I have not used it) There are locker rooms available to change your PT clothes. Plenty of free parking.“

8407 La Mesa Blvd, La Mesa“I had the pleasure of working with Karen, Shannon Dolphin, and Shannon Whittal. They are all phenomenal - friendly, insightful & professional and very passionate about what they do. I have battled chronic pain & fatigue for over a decade from sports injuries, concussions, 6 years in the Navy, and chronic mold & chemical exposures. I genuinely believe the Lord led me to this clinic as I was sitting in an outreach training meeting at my church down the street and was in so much pain I couldn’t sit there anymore. I felt led to walk to the end of the street for some reason and right there was San Diego Myofascial Release! After over 10 years of massage, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, etc., I can say confidently that these practitioners & this modality gave me some of the most improvement, hope, and healing I’ve ever experienced!“
