8929 Complex Dr second floor, San Diego“My father had surgery on October 2, 2025 and unfortunately did not recover as quickly as we expected. I met with Jonathan Burgi, and he gave me the Home Care Support my family needed. This was our first time working with Home Care, and he told me exactly what to expect and what were all the steps in regards to VA Home Care. I would highly recommend Jonathan because he is very supportive and responsive in answering all my questions. Thank you so much Jonathon for all your help.“

7525 Metropolitan Dr UNIT 308, San Diego“Our family has worked with several speech therapists at Kara Dodds, and every single one has been exceptional. Logan has seen Danielle, Andrew, Macy, and Cora (as a substitute), and Colson has worked with Christine and Rebecca. Colson also worked with a substitute therapist (I believe her name was Caitlyn). Across the board, the level of care has been consistently warm, patient, and genuinely playful.
One of the biggest things we appreciate is how prepared the therapists always are — they come in with toys, strategies, and clear goals for each session. They take the time to explain what they’re working on, what the boys did that day, and how things are progressing. As a parent, that communication means everything.
They’re also incredibly patient during meltdowns or tough moments. No judgment, no frustration — just calm, gentle support. It makes such a difference knowing our kids are in a space where they’re understood and cared for.
A special shoutout to Cora, who once told us, “We always love seeing your family.” That kind of warmth is exactly why we trust this team so much.
We’re grateful for every therapist who has worked with our boys. Kara Dodds has been a truly positive part of their growth.“

10425 Tierrasanta Blvd #102, San Diego“Our experience at ES3 has been outstanding. Christin has been an incredible physical therapist for my teenage son and daughter. She is extremely knowledgeable and has become someone they trust. Christin has a natural ability to build strong rapport and connection with her patients, and she’s especially great with teen athletes. Christin doesn’t just guide them through exercises—she educates them about their bodies, their muscles, and how everything works together. Those are lessons that will benefit them for years to come.
ES3 is a fun and positive environment and my kids look forward to coming to their sessions. The staff here is warm and friendly, things are clean and well maintained…we are just so impressed and grateful for their care and expertise. We HIGHLY recommend ES3.“

3959 Ruffin Rd J, San Diego“I did my post-op ACL PT at Rehab United and I’m very glad I did. I worked with Chris, who was honestly awesome to work with. He’s very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient, and answered more questions than anyone reasonably deserves. As a casual CrossFitter, it was really nice to have a PT who understood my type of training and could tailor my exercises to be more specific to what I wanted to get back to. He did a great job of challenging me while also holding me back when needed to protect me from myself.
The aides and the rest of the staff were also incredible — always friendly, helpful, and contributing to the overall good vibe in the clinic. Chris, along with the entire KM staff, created a really warm, positive, and genuinely fun environment, which made the whole process feel way less miserable than expected.“

1510 Sweetwater Rd B, National City“8/13/25 First time coming today and it was overall amazing and a breath of fresh air. Before I came to the sweet water location I was being seen by a rude doctor (not from akeso) who would cut me off while explaining symptoms, not listen or respond to them, and rushed my visit so I was really nervous / afraid to be seen by a new doctor. Dr Gray and her new trainee were so amazing and compassionate. They listened very well. Dr Gray checked my body and explained everything so thoroughly. I started to cry because I haven't had such amazing care before. They made me feel heard and gave me the emotional understanding I really needed. Dr Gray really gave me hope and made me feel more confident in my recovery. The front desk ladies (forgot their names) were awesome and helpful. Cesar the Physical therapist seems like a great human and I look forward to my first PT session. Thank you for being wonderful human beings! It's very needed in this world.
8/25 EDIT: I had my first Physical Therapy appointment with Mandy! Mandy was extremely professional, caring, educational, and very fun to talk to. I felt very comfortable. Mandy assessed my condition thoroughly and educated me on everything. Honestly one of the best physical therapy sessions I ever had.I have more hope about my healing. I look forward to my follow up appointments! I highly recommend Mandy & Akeso on Sweetwater Road to everyone.“

4490 W Point Loma Blvd, San Diego“Pedro had been working with my son, Austin (11), for over a year, and we couldn’t have been happier with the impact he had. Austin played both flag football and tennis, and Pedro did an outstanding job preparing him to compete at a high level in both sports. Pedro focused on building a strong foundation through proper technique, movement patterns, and athletic education, ensuring Austin learned how to train safely and correctly from a young age. He always emphasized progress over perfection, which was incredibly motivating and confidence-building. Pedro’s positive attitude, deep knowledge of sports science—especially the latest research in youth athletic development—and his ability to explain things in a way kids understood helped Austin become a healthier, stronger, and happier athlete.
Most importantly, Pedro has a fantastic demeanor with kids: they genuinely like him, respect him, and listen to him. Even though we've moved away from San Diego, Pedro went out of his way to research other options to support Austin's continued athletic development. He's a great person and an exceptional trainer. Highly recommend!“

(thank you UCSD) Carrie gave me simple yet powerful exercises to improve my posture and strengthen the muscles required. 180 Broadway suite B100A, San Diego“I chose Pro Kinetix after dealing with multiple injuries from sports and work. I train five days a week, and issues like shoulder pain and a pulled hamstring were starting to hold me back. I’d spent years trying to fix things on my own through YouTube and Instagram, but nothing really stuck.
Working with Kyle has been a great experience. He’s knowledgeable, clearly explains what’s going on, how to fix it, and how to prevent it moving forward. He’s helped me address issues in both shoulders, my lower back, ankles, neck and it’s been a huge advantage having someone evaluate me in person instead of trying to figure it out on my own or using ChatGPT.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. The whole team has made Pro Kinetix my go-to for PT advice.“

I had some hip issues for a few months, after a month or so of PT I felt comfortable to go back on my long hikes. Not only did he help me on my road to recovery after a total hip replacement, he made it almost fun!! I looked forward to his visits and have missed working with him since I've finished my physical therapy.
My progress working with him surprised me. With his help I was able to do things I was sure I couldn't do yet. He made me want to try harder!
Thank you Davon. You're the best !!“

3130 Bonita Rd UNIT 100, Chula Vista“As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series and SERA Archives Thriller Series, PRN Physical Therapy on Bonita Rd is an outstanding facility.
This is where my dad has been going for physical therapy over the past couple of months, and the results have been incredible. He started out essentially wheelchair bound, and now he’s up and walking with a walker. That kind of improvement says everything.
The staff here is excellent. They’re attentive, encouraging, and clearly know how to guide people through real progress. It feels active and focused, not passive.
The facility itself is very nice. Clean, modern, and well organized, which makes it a comfortable place to spend time during recovery.
Overall, this is a top-level physical therapy location in Chula Vista with a strong team and real results.“
