“Knowledgeable staff, always on time and leaves the area clean.
RIVO has worked on commercial washer-dryers in my apartment building and appliances in my home. Always inspects, provides reason for appliance not working and lead time for any part to be ordered and Estimate for complete job.”
“Alexey S. was very transparent with the work he was doing and was able to fix our house heater/furnace with no issues. He followed up multiple times and even replaced our old thermostat for free. Originally we had an appointment that was many weeks out due to their workload but he was able to fit my request into his schedule since he is local to fremont. Highly recommend Alexey.”
“I had a broken rail on my top freezer basket and the two guys arrived exactly on time, and not only fixed the broken rail, but also looked at the other and fixed it as well. Done in about 35 mins. I was 100% thrilled, and recommend them to anyone. Great job!!!!”
