I reached out to several repair shops over a holiday weekend and Agile was the only one to respond in a timely manner (Thankfully). They came on time, communicated clearly and helped get our fridge back up and running the same day (2 trips up and down the hill). They also advised me to get in touch with the manufacturer for a warranty replacement and saved the cost of parts. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed the turntable fixed on my built-in microwave oven. They arrived when they said they would, and determined that the turntable motor had gone bad. They didn't have the replacement part on hand, and so had to go out and get one -- but they were able to come back less than 2 hours later with the replacement part in hand. Initially, they wired up the motor incorrectly, but were able to figure this out in a matter of minutes. My microwave's turntable is now working correctly.Since the oven was heavy, moving it out of its housing was a 2-person job, which understandably doubles the labor costs.
