Had a broken Whirlpool dryer part and rushed in on a Sunday morning. Fella at the store was extremely helpful, helped me immediately with the right part at a good price, and gave me a helpful rundown of limitations of various hose shapes and materials. This place is a treasure. Those with lots of kids laundry to do on Sundays know that it is not an exaggeration to say that having someone fixing your problem on a Sunday morning (cheaply, no less) is doing God's work.

I have been coming here over the years to help me address my appliance issues and I always leave with the correct part that fixes my issue. Today was another example. So I decided to post a review. I had an LG burner that would not fire. I called an explained my issue. He told me yo bring the suspected parts and he would test them. He showed me how to ohms the parts. He isolated the issue to a bad dial switch. This saved me hundreds in hiring a technician. He did not have the part, but ordered it for next day. I installed it and now it's back in in action! Not many places still have that type of customer service!

I thought I needed a temperature sensor for my washing machine. The shop owner brought out the part I needed but then said, "let's test your part to see if it's working". He brought out his multimeter and confirmed that my part was still working, which meant that my washer had some other problem. He could have just sold me the part I asked for but instead took the time to check if I really needed it. Impressed, I bought that part anyway to have it on hand for later as well as some other items I needed. Excellent, honest service, highly recommended shop.
