Great customer service! The repairman (James Dean) was so friendly and knowledgeable! Listened to everything thst was wrong, was able diagnose quickly and gave me tips about the washer that will help prolong the life of the unit. Very happy with his service!!!

First things first, my appliance was repaired as promised. Full disclosure, you will need to pay a fair amount even if your repair takes 25 minutes. The $175 diagnostic fee is a given. That does not include parts or labor. My repair took about 25 minutes and cost $260. Parts were $35. Seems high to me, but perhaps that’s just the industry.
