Our dishwasher was not working and we were able to make an appointment online. Someone came out the next day to inspect the dishwasher. It was related to a water valve issue which was fixed and I was charged for just labor. I ran the dishwasher the next day and noticed my dishwasher still wasn't cleaning so I called them again. Since I had a 90 day labor warranty they were able to send someone back to my house and they fixed the issue. My dishwasher works great now

Back in the 1990s, a lot of Windows PCs had this button on the case that said, "Turbo." If you pressed the button, then "turbo" mode would be on and the computer would run faster. If you released the button, "turbo mode" was off. Back then, there was a joke among desktop support and IT professionals about being dispatched to somebody's home for the turbo button. The user complains that their computer is suddenly sluggish, so a tech would go out there, only to find the "turbo button" has been toggled. Press that button and leave! SM Value promptly responded to my Yelp online request for air conditioning service and we began scheduling a time. SM Value was great at adjusting our appointment to a time that worked for both of us. Once onsite, the problem was quickly diagnosed (condenser coil needed to be replaced) and made the necessary repairs. The total time needed was well less than one hour. Both service reps were very considerate and friendly. I would work with them again. Thank you jim
