“Our dishwasher was not working and we were able to make an appointment online. Someone came out the next day to inspect the dishwasher. It was related to a water valve issue which was fixed and I was charged for just labor. I ran the dishwasher the next day and noticed my dishwasher still wasn't cleaning so I called them again. Since I had a 90 day labor warranty they were able to send someone back to my house and they fixed the issue. My dishwasher works great now“
“Home repair is a little like Auto Repair, there are many shady people who don't offer real professional services, charge too much and not great in a pinch. Carlos and All Pro are the opposite. They are honest, hardworking, and really work to solve the problems that are important in your home. My most recent experience was that my expensive fridge broke (for unknown reasons) and I needed Carlos to TRY and figure it out. He did - and we thought we were set. Turns out the fridge had a more complicated problem, that wasn't fixable. Carlos came back to try and re-fix the problem and wasn't able to. He was so helpful, honest and insightful, and even though the Fridge is Toast, he was able to offer 5-star help and services and I couldn't be happier. I'd recommend him all day!“

“L-one is the most amazing appliance repair company I have ever seen. I called them to fix my Maytag Neptune dryer...supposedly the best dryer on the market...... but it suddenly stopped working. Nik came over and determined the control board was malfunctioning, and found out that they are no longer made..... but instead of telling me to buy a new dryer, he takes the board back to his shop...... and rebuilds it himself..... hahahahah... unbelievable.... he brings it back the next day.... and presto.... the dryer works better than it ever has in the 20 years I have owned it..... absolutely incredible. I have used a dozen appliance repair companies over the years, and none of them could ever do something like this.Then I had him look at my 50 year old wall oven which stopped working.....I really thought there was no hope for that one... but sure enough..... in 10 minutes he found a wire that was broken, and 20 minute later... it was fixed and good as new.These are not normal experiences in the modern appliance repair environment......I was very lucky to find these guys by accident, but now I know where to go, whenever something breaks down.“

Then, he pulled up the relevant Samsung Service Bulletin to ensure that the correct parts were ordered. He even gave me the option of ordering from Amazon. I seldom see this level of effort.
