Russell is very knowledgeable, makes quick work of finding the root cause of any appliance issue, trouble shoots with test equipment and apps. In addition, Russell leaves the appliance/kitchen area very clean.

After running into a technician from another company that didn't communicate his arrival and demanded payment the moment he stepped in the door, it was so great to work with Russell from Hertzfield Appliance Repair. He communicated his arrival time the night before the visit (including a picture of himself like you'd get with a Lyft driver), texted again to let me know when he was 20 minutes away, arrived on time and was extremely professional. Very fast/same day response, visit and repair of my refrigerator. Russel seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to drive to get the replacement part and install it within 1.5 hours of his initial visit.
