“Used these guys 2 times with good success. Showroom jam packed with appliances, lots of choices. Got a used heavy duty washing machine from them, including delivery with pick-up of old appliance. The washing machine is still working well. Prices were good, delivery price was good, product selection was better than buying new. Mom and Pop small business which I like to support. All in all a good experience.“

“Our dishwasher was not working and we were able to make an appointment online. Someone came out the next day to inspect the dishwasher. It was related to a water valve issue which was fixed and I was charged for just labor. I ran the dishwasher the next day and noticed my dishwasher still wasn't cleaning so I called them again. Since I had a 90 day labor warranty they were able to send someone back to my house and they fixed the issue. My dishwasher works great now“

“L-ONE replaced my Samsung icemaker. The process was quick, smooth, and professional- all reasonably priced. An early indication of L-ONE's attention to detail was that he texted a photo of himself ahead. A nice security touch. He also did a thorough diagnostic before deciding I needed a replacement part. Then, he pulled up the relevant Samsung Service Bulletin to ensure that the correct parts were ordered. He even gave me the option of ordering from Amazon. I seldom see this level of effort. Highly recommended!“

“I want share my good experience with Ace HVAC and Appliance. My GE Cafe dishwasher was not starting, so I called them and luckily one of their technicians was available. They sent someone one to my house one hour after my call.The technician, Eldor, was polite and professional. He checked the dishwasher and a few minutes later, he explained to me that there was a clog in the line preventing the dishwasher to start. He went ahead and clean the pipe and put it back to work.I appreciate ACE HVAC prompt service during weekends and especially their honesty dealing with the issue.I highly recommend them for your appliances repairs. Good communication and reasonable prices. I only paid for the service fee.“
