Vincent and his assistant Sergei took on a difficult job of installing a stove top and a downdraft fan that posed some challenges. They were careful and creative in finding solutions, and the result was fabulous. The price was reasonable and both of them were easy and pleasant to work with. They did a great job repairing an old dishwasher. One of the replacement parts was defective, so they came back out at no cost to diagnose and replace it.
Vladim was excellent! He troubleshot the leak, had the replacement part in overnight and had us up and running again with 24 hours of the initial call. This is the second time we've use them, and they haven't disappointed me yet. I highly recommend Happy Again Appliance.
I called at 7pm at night because my washing machine was not working. My husband attempted to fix the issue with no luck. Vincent gave a 2 hour window to arrive, he arrived within the window. Went to work and diagnosed the problem in about 40 mins. He said he can fix the problem by ordering a $600 part or I could just save my money and buy a new machine. Then I told him an issue with my fridge and he fixed it in like 5 mins with no charge. He was very nice, professional and honest. I will be using him for all my future repairs. Id say $80 is ago deal for diagnosis and an honest business.

I AM happy again 😊. I was trying to pull a bag of ice out of the freezer and broke the switch. Happy Again Appliance came and fixed the switch. The service was fast and the technician knew what he needed.
