We were extremely grateful Richard came out right away from Air One Air Conditioning and Plumbing!! He did a great job and our air conditioning is working great again!! Richard was extremely professional as well as all of the staff at Air One. Richard kindly explained my air conditioner repair in detail, offered reasonable solutions with no pressure, and completed the job for a reasonable amount and in a very timely manner. Richard did all this even after getting my call for service towards the end of the day. I did not feel rushed and Richard was very thorough and patient with both the repair as well as with myself. Richard and his team are honest, efficient, and took good care of me. I highly recommend Air One!
