My air conditioning system stopped working in a heat wave. The company that installed the system and had been servicing it for a number of years stopped taking care of its customers and told me the system was working fine (when it wasn't) and the problem was mine. When I called Air One, Richard came out exactly as promised, spent several hours finding the problem and fixing it. He is terrific and Air One will now be the company I hire. Ruben came out for maintenance on my heater. There was a problem with one part but he came out the next morning and fixed the problem. Again, this company is terrific.

Richard was on time and started working on the system immediately. He was able to diagnose one of the issues with the system. He took care of the issue with the system and then moved on to the compressor outside. There he found another problem and replaced a capacitor that had blown. After that the system was running a little low on Freon. Got the correct amount of Freon and the system is working great. My hvac system is getting to the point for replacement and I will be keeping these guys in mind when it is time. Thanks for a job well done!
