What a professional. Rafael Barraza is kind, courteous, honest and hard working. He was on time and got right to work. He put the camera down the main line to check that things aren’t clogged. He showed me a few areas where things are building. Ultimately he recommended a hydro jet cleaning which I’m tabling for a later time due to the cost but he’s solid at his job and is a true professional.
The technician explained the whole process very well. Also very friendly staff from the phone to the technician never pushy about the recommendation of suggested work.
