Ballard Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Ballard Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning has been serving homeowners in the Inland Empire for over 70 years. They provide complete home comfort services, including plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. Customers consistently praise the company for its excellent and professional service.

Recently, one customer appreciated how Kalvin quickly located a problem with backed-up plumbing and worked hard to fix it. Another customer mentioned their technician Eddie, who was very professional and knowledgeable, putting their mind at ease during a plumbing issue. Ballard is known for its reliable service, particularly in emergency situations, at reasonable rates.

In addition, a customer who had a new FAU installed in July found that the AC worked great. However, in mid-November, they discovered an issue with the heater. Their technician Art came out multiple times to diagnose the challenging problems caused by new "Low Nox" units. The manager, Danny, also went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. A great big thank you was expressed to Ballard for their support.
