I needed a service call on my roof top Heating unit. I seen the HIGH recommendations from other Homeowners in my area on the NEXTDOOR app. I called at approx 9:00am and was immediately scheduled for 3:00 appointment the same day. I was contacted by Davidsons that the technician is available about an hour earlier than scheduled and if I would be available. I was available so that was great!The technician Troy was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what the service entailed and every thing was now great. Davidson’s is responsive and was able to come out early the next day. They provided an accurate estimate and replaced the broken parts the same day. Very pleasant and easy to work with.

First time being helped by Davidson, Troy the technician was courteous, very knowledgeable and efficient. He had my heating sytem back to working order and explained what the problem was. Looking forward to him coming in springtime to service A/C for summer use. He also was very friendly to my Pitbull and Chihuahua .
