Faustino was extremely polite and professional. Was able to repair our A/C with no issues. Replaced our motor and capacitor and even cleaned the unit. Will definitely use again for all of our ac/heater concerns.

Spoke with Faustino, from Smart Heating and Cooling Solutions regarding our problem, he was very knowledgeable of our unit and indicated to me what he thought problem was. He quoted a price, set up appointment for next day. He called confirming the appointment, and was on time. He explained what he would do and walked us through it all. Very professional, very respectful individual, friendly and reasonable in price. I would definitely use Smart Heating and Cooling Solutions again if needed. It's very hard to find good reliable help. Faustino nailed it !!!!

Great work on installing every to my house. Their technicians/workers were extremely professional explaining every thing that was being done, and explained in detail every question I had. I was impressed with the whole experience during \\u0026 after.! If I had any questions or problem they didn’t hesitate to resolve it as soon as possible… Customer service was also kind as well as helpful anytime I called. I’d recommend them to all my friends and family, which I’ve already have..! Bottom line, I’m a happy customer…
