Hello this is Patsy and Paul Claudia that was sent out to do the work on our furnace did a good job she came out and can't went detail by detail took pictures and did a great job I recommend her to get a raise or to move up in her position she's a great person to talk to and to share the problems of furnacing that's her job we mostly thank her and give her lots of props thank you Claudia you did a good job our furnace is working perfectly we thank you and here's Pat that she wants to say something too Patsy I just wanted to say that Claudia did an excellent job she went over and above her duties to check everything out she needs to be moved up in her position like Paul...read full review

The tech was amazing. Claudia was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. She asked questions to elect a better understanding of the problem. She explained to us what the problem was and showed us the before and after. I highly recommend this company.

Claudia from Superior Mechanical Heating and Air inc. Did an awesome job! Other companies from my experience have sent person to do work at my home and these guys were not being honest but Claudia and her team are honest and friendly.. She was able to fix my heater with no problem.. my family don't have to go another yr in the cold.. thanks Superior Mechanical ??
