We requested service because our air conditioner wasn't cooling enough. The technician, Claudia, came and explained in detail why it wasn't cooling: it was low on refrigerant. She proceeded to recharge it, and the unit began working properly again. She has a wonderful personality; we highly recommend Claudia @Superior Mechanical
