CLAUDIA went above & beyond! It was a warm summer day & we were without cooling in our home. 😒 She spent
the time to investigate, diagnosis & ultimately repair our system to the utmost satisfaction. Explained everything in detail, very well spoken & professional. Service was via HomeServe, she stayed within the scope of the contract & we paid nothing out of pocket! Would use Superior again & ask for Claudia specifically!
Going through a heatwave with no AC and a house full of young children left me very cranky, to say the least. This company changed all of that.
They actually called to schedule service while I was still on the phone putting in a service request with my Home Warranty provider!!! Was extremely pleasant, and understanding of my situation, was able to get out to my home very next morning! (in the middle of a HEAT WAVE) The tech showed up as a ball of energy. :) Went immediately to work on the unit. Within a couple of hours of changing out parts and some rewiring, we were up and running. No trips to suppliers, or long breaks, just great work from an extremely pleasant...read full review
This company is incredible. Very responsive, honest, and friendly. Claudia has been so helpful and very prompt. She is very thorough and helpful! Will always continue to use her! We needed repairs and she got them done quickly. She also checks on the unit through the year to help avoid large costs from the system breaking!
