We used RKM Heating & Air Conditioning last year for our a/c repair. They told us then we would need to replace our 24 year old a/c in about a year, and they were right. Because of their professionalism and honesty, we called them again. From the call to their office help to their technicians, RKM is unmatched.
Zach was helpful in coming out and giving us a bid. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He made sure we understood everything. After checking a few places, we found that Zach gave a very fair price for our job. The next day, they sent out their technicians, Jesus and Jason. WOW! They were just as amazing! Again, they explained everything they were doing. They were respectful of our property and worked diligently in 101° weather to get the job done. Once
they were completed they
went through our entire system and explained each step clearly and made sure that we understood what was going on and what needed to be done now and in the future. I HIGHLY recommended RKM for your heating and a/c needs. I truly can't say enough nice things about this company. THANK YOU SO MUCH, RKM! You've made us life long customers!
