I had a drain blockage and this was my first experience with a plumbing issue in my house. Originally I went through my home insurance and they sent me a company who came out and told me, “he would not price gauge me so don’t worry.” Whenever people say that you can be sure that is exactly what they will do. Sure enough, he told me there was “no way” to access the blockage because my pipes were not done correctly in my house. Because he wrote on the assessment that it wasn’t done correctly insurance wouldn’t cover it. The other company gave me an estimate of $2400! Replacement of leaking Moen shower cartridge was performed very quickly. Cause of leaking shower cartridge was found to be defective water pressure regulator. Water pressure in the house was around 90psi vs normal 60psi. A few days later the pressure regulator was procured and installed very quickly.Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair
