“The reason is TOTALLY because of Debbie Hahn. She is knowledgeable in every single way. She listens, she is thorough when explaining in all I need to know. She is patient and the best optician my husband and I have ever been fortunate to work with. I had several different glasses (Computer Glass, Progressive Reading Glasses (2 styles) and a back up for each. Two different sunglasses - Progressive (and backups for each). “I have been an established patient at the EyeSite Optometry, Concord location, headed by Dr. Pham and her care team for several years. I trust her as a doctor, someone who is skilled, honest, and concerned about my personal health care needs. If a referral to another specialist is indicated, she gets it done. She keeps me informed of my care plans and tests results. She listens to my concerns and addresses them.

Two of Dr. Pham’s staff of 3 are new from a year ago. One who I have not met before let me in the office for my 9/25/24 appointment. She met me with a courteous, friendly, and welcoming demeanor. After I checked in, I was informed about a preliminary eye test that had to be performed before seeing the Optometrist. The same staff member performed the test, proficiently and swiftly, I might add. Then she advised me to have a seat and wait for my name to be called. In a few minutes, the Dr. was ready for me.

This appointment was without time wasted. I found the office staff to be professional, knowledgeable of what has to be done, and technically savvy that made for expeditious quality time, I liked the continuous dialogue that existed as it kept me informed of what to expect next. There were no delays with the processes of checking in and checking out, processing new prescriptions, making F/U appts., eye testing, and technicalities.

“I've been going to Dr. Chia for at least 10 years. He and the staff always get my prescription right and the progressive glasses fitted perfectly. I skipped a year for a big box store brand and had the worst prescription and eyewear fitting experience. As long as Dr. Chia is in business I will be a faithful patient.“

I had came in ordered new frames because I broke my frames. When I came in get get new frames the lady could not get lens into frames so she ordered new frames and lens. I asked her make sure those lens are same prescription, which she said they were. Came in get new frames glasses. Wore them a week but could see distance. Came back in Noel help me. His good thinking, following detail with crying senior lady as I explained it. He got my old frames, thank goodness and with his expertise he pop out old lens no problem. Omg I can see again. She had a great time at her visit! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a kid friendly spot. We have a mediocre vision plan, and find it worth it to pay OON to see Dr Dong.“

“Dr. Respicio has been taking are of us since 1998ish. We started with him in Daly City and now receive care in Hercules. We moved to Nevada 3 years ago and have continued to make the drive to see him because there really is not a better eye doctor on the planet. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Respicio, his office, his staff, everything is top notch. I tried someplace else last year, closer to home, highly recommended, etc. I will be driving the 3.5 hours until Dr. Respicio retires.“

“My family and I have been patients here for many years and love Dr. Milner and his staff! Their optician, Vidi, is amazing! Vidi is warm, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She always understands what I'm looking for and is so kind in helping me pick frames (which takes me two trips sometimes so her patience is amazing lol) and is great at explaining why certain frames will or won't work with progressive lenses for your face shape. I never feel rushed with Vidi and feel like I'm talking with an old friend. She also answers all my insurance questions in a way that's clear and easy to understand. She is an absolute doll and is the cherry on top of a great optometry office.“

“Dr. Chan is excellent. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 has to do with the front staff. I was told that my insurance would cover part of the cost for a pair of sunglasses and I was quoted a price. The staff member then encouraged me to wait until my annual appointment to purchase them (so my benefit could be applied). However, when I got done with the appointment one month later and was ready to purchase the glasses, another staff member said I had to pay full price. When I explained this to the staff member who had originally quoted me the price (she had even encouraged me to put the glasses on hold), she said she "did not remember" ever quoting me the discounted price. I should have asked for the quote in writing. I will be doing this from now on and I would definitely advise others to do the same. I would hope that the front staff is more clear in the future. Furthermore, I would hope that they don't "forget" details promised.“
