I obtained this provider on my health plan’s list of providers (commercial CCHP, not medi-cal) my insurance provides a yearly eye exam and 65.00 toward glasses, this provider stated they don’t know how to bill CCHP and therefore could not give me the 65.00 credit towards a pair of glasses. They did give me the prescription for reading glasses. The doctor wanted me to use my other insurance (VSP), it has more coverage, I explained I did not want to use it for readers, I would be using it for other glasses in the future. I was greeted with optimal service for my eye exam. I’ve never had one before and the staff and doctor were very helpful and informative, I’m looking forward to receiving my glasses and seeing better in the future! Can’t believe I’ve been seeing the way I have been for over 10 years.

The people were very nice explaining everything to me the doctor took pictures of my eyes and showed them to me I appreciated that cause I am blind in one eye and there's lots of scarring so it helped me to understand better
