I am loyal to a brand of sunglasses (Maui Jim) & wore out my old pair. Couldn't be tightened any longer. I looked in a few places, but they seemed much more expensive than my old ones. I was passing this location & stopped to check out their price. It was much less than the other "chain" store and Gita was very friendly & helpful. About 6 months later I lost them while hiking and was going to be driving down to SoCal for the holidays. I went back & she saw my old ones in her computer & said she could re-order the same ones but didn't know if they'd make it with the holiday only a week away & deliveries running late. I have used this location for years because depending on the time of day, they offer same-day or next-day turnaround. I was shopping for frames even though my RX had expired long ago. I have had my current frames for years even longer. I no longer have an optometrist. I decided to have an exam being they could see me right away. The OD was pleasant and told me how my eyes were doing. She gave me a new RX and I was on my way to finish checking out new frames.When I went back in the store the owners were very helpful. Dr. Tim Tandrow is a 5 star by himself!!!!Better experience with staff. Older man and lady were totally different than the last pushover.Old review:I'd return if he is still there by the time I need an upgrade.He's thorough and just all together very good at what he does.Sales ladies are nice but they're pushy salesmen. the "buy one half off and get one free" doesn't really mean that(do they ever?) What you will end up with is a cheap frame, and a couple of extra HUNDRED$$$. My "freebie" is already falling apart. I have to get it repaired because one of the screws fell off. I just picked up the pair a month ago. Too soon to fall apart.
