I’ve been coming here since 2019 for all my optometry needs. I can’t say enough positive about this family business. They truly have taken the best care of me all around, from the front desk to smooth and non intimidating eye exams. I feel heard here, and will always return.

I've been going to Dr. Chia for at least 10 years. He and the staff always get my prescription right and the progressive glasses fitted perfectly. I skipped a year for a big box store brand and had the worst prescription and eyewear fitting experience. As long as Dr. Chia is in business I will be a faithful patient.

Great overall, great in particular. I have a complicated glasses prescription that gave me trouble elsewhere. Ryan updated it with precision, professionalism and geniality! He helped me understand aspects of my vision and restore my confidence. The next time I need my prescription updated, I'll come back here.

Also, the lady in the glasses store section (I've forgotten her name) was helpful and patient while we found the right frames. They were ready for pickup a week later, and they've been fantastic.

What else? The whole place is clean and well taken care of— something I learned we can't take for granted in this town.
