I’ve been coming here for around 4 years, and it’s been amazing! Every time I visit, I feel super comfortable, shoutout to Mr. Noel! 🙌 he always makes you feel so welcoming, and we really appreciate all his help whenever we have questions. Dr Orrozco as well is also so patient with us, and she never made me feel rushed or unheard 🫶🫶
I had a great experience at America’s Best thanks to the front managers and one of the staff members! Noel was extremely helpful with my lenses and made the whole process smooth and easy. Tina also stepped in and made sure I left happy with a great discount. Without them, I feel this place wouldn’t have such great customer service. The employee who initially took me in to examine my eyes was also great and very professional. The doctor, however, wasn’t that friendly and didn’t provide the same level of customer service. Overall, the rest of the team made my visit positive. Highly recommend for the staff!
I stopped in and asked if I could pay to get my eyeglasses (that I purchased elsewhere) adjusted. Dori greeted me as I walked in and said “I can do that for you right now and there’s no charge” So great and so lovely! Thank you, Dori!
