“The technician showed up on time and was extremely polite and engaging while ensuring to work fast. Very impressed with how quickly he worked. We had a storm sump float switch failure and the float switch needed to be swapped out. Once done I was not happy with the water level he had set the float switch for so without question or hesitation he pulled everything apart and reset it. He was very patient with me and my questions and concerns. I appreciate Hung and his abilities. Thank so much! I highly recommend this company. We live in the Murrayville area and have used them several times.“

“EDS Pumps installed a reverse-osmosis water purifier in my home last year. The drinking water from this is a big improvement over regular tap water. This year they EDS called and asked if we would like to schedule a filter change. I like preventive and predictive maintenance. So we did. The service tech called an hour before the scheduled work to remind us he was coming. He got here when he said he would. He had a trainee with him. Both took their shoes off before they entered the house. They were friendly and professional. When they finished, they offered to put all the stuff I had removed from the cabinet back. (I said no thanks). The work was done efficiently. The guys were extremely competent. They prepared the bill on an iPad style device so everything was clear before they left. Overall, I would say this is one of the best home service experiences ever.“
