He returned the next day , dug a hole and located the the broken part of the drainage system and fixed it. “I found them on google and called them up, it was pretty late at night and i had a broken hot water tap at my home andi dint know how to stop it. The person I spoke to Randenko was very helpful over the phone and hr helped me out over the phone itself by seeing a few pics which he asked me to send. He was very polite and friendly and saved me from what could have been a terrible night. I would definetely call him whenever I have any issue in future.“

Tony was very kind and reassuring on our initial phone call and Paulo came to the house that same day to ensure I would still have gas for the hot water tank and furnace. Paulo removed the damaged gas line (to the gas fireplace) and returned two days later to install the new one.
