Only complaint is that they only accept cash or cheque, and I was NOT told this information prior to the service. “Anyone buying a house should hire these guys to inspect their sewage and permiter drainage systems. It's a really important part of a home and it gave me great peace of mind to know the status of the systems in the home I just bought.

Their technician Vince did a great job inspecting and explaining to me about how my home's drainage and plumbing systems worked and showed me a video of his inspection.

He even took the time to replace a toilet water inlet line since he saw it was old. Highly recommended!“

He was very professional and provided a quick and temperary fix to the problem so I could have a warm home. He was able to come again 2 weeks later despite being super busy and resolved the issue with the IBC support center that took 1.5hrs of wait time. He charged me fairly and was able to save me from unnecessary expenses. I would definitely book him another time to service my systems. Great work!“
