“Brighter Mechanical” has been such a professional company undergoing a huge redo of our old B-pipes to the new re-piping project, here at THE NATIONAL condo complex.
I have to admit I wasn’t sure what we were in for as it had to be done throughout our building and each suite but I got a say with Cory the foreman at the helm with all his organizational skills and professionalism and to all his incredible professional staff just made this project seem seemless.
They were so respectful as they did such an incredible job in my suite that I’m actually going to miss them in our building.

Our condo was built over 30 years ago (1994).
Recently our building contracted Brighter Mechanical to replace the poly-B plumbing water supply lines to each unit. This is a major project that involves removing mirrors and tiles and cutting open dry wall.
I am very impressed with the skill, equipment, and care that the team brought to protect my apartment, replace the plumbing, and restore the unit to better than before. Some of the equipment appear so state-of-the-art I wasn’t aware that what they did was possible. The workers were able to cut the grout from tiles and remove tiles without breaking. Dealing with Brighter Mechanical was as promised - their staff were polite ( whether in our unit working or passing in the elevator), neatly dressed in their uniforms, friendly and always eager to please.In terms of their work they also kept their promise -they were neat and tidy , quiet and efficient and when they left our unit , it was as neat and tidy as when they arrived and if you walked in after they completed the job you wouldn’t have known a very complicated job , including cutting out walls, removing tiles and moving closets around had even happened .They also hit every deadline and finished each step exactly as they had scheduled .Cody who was in charge...read full review
