Quick and responsive service from the booking and admin team. Then we met the knowledgable and personable Igor Bojanic — who came promptly when scheduled and did a skillful, thorough yet still efficient job videoing and augering the roots from the sewer line. It brought such peace of mind to see the process through from start to finish — and at the price & timeframe originally quoted for the service. Great customer service, prompt invoicing as well, to complete the package. Excellent experience, all around. Thank you, Igor & Drain Master team!
When our main drainage got plugged due to roots, I called Drain Master Plumbers, having heard their commercial on the radio. Igor came and serviced our problem. He did an excellent, professional job clearing everything out. When more clogged pipes were discovered afterwards, he came back the next day and dealt with it efficiently. Should plumbing issues arise in the future, I would definitely call Drain Master Plumbers back!
Had a problem that I was quoted 10K-20K for by a competitor and that it would take days to do. I called Drain Master and they sent Igor who fixed the issue for less than 10% of that quote that very morning. I highly recommend this company. Life saver.
