He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very customer-focused. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right.
Adam serviced our furnace and thoroughly inspected the system. He identified several issues that required immediate attention and clearly explained the importance of addressing them. Adam checked for carbon monoxide, air flow rate, gas leaks and gave my wife and I a complete run down on what he did for us. His honesty and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.

“I’ve called on PJB a number of times the last few years and they’ve always done excellent work. That being said, during their last visit at my home, I asked them to scope my drain to the city connection and provide a copy of the video footage and Dan promised me that they would send it once the machine arrived back at their office. After a number of requests, I still haven’t received what I was promised. Although they do good work, there seems to be little follow through once they’re paid and gone. I’ll have to consider another plumbing outfit next time.“
