I called Essi yesterday for boiler problems in my home. Today, Aziz and his assistant came onsite. Aziz is a super experienced expert. He did inspection and explained what problem were with his recommendations with us. He further cleaned up the boiler, changed igniter, turned on the boiler,and remind us with maintenance tips in the future. He further contacted manufacture for boiler parts order. Aziz also did problem shooting of fireplace and provided a solution. Aziz is a professional and customer oriented expert. Essi and his team just finished cleaning out our old gas fireplace and getting it ready for a new season. They were so fast, efficient and gave us advice on next steps regarding replacement or repair one day down the line. We got our appointment within a few days versus some competitors quoting us double the price and 3 weeks out for an appointment. Thank you!
