We recently had a new heat pump and furnace installed by Sam and his crew of Canadian Heating & Cooling. They were professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled.
Sam made the entire process completely stress-free, from the first call to installation to a follow-up call. They were meticulous in the clean up of removing the old furnace and heat pump.
After sales support to include sending a skilled technician is very important to me. This was evident during my follow-up call to tweak the heat pump and address questions regarding our new thermostat. It is clear that Sam and his crew value their customers.

He also assured me of their commitment of being local, & that they’re available for any issues. Same huge THANK YOU to the company representative John, who was extremely patient with my indecision to book a service through a “cold call”, but it went as smoothly as he said, & I’m very satisfied so far….glad there’s a 1 year warranty on a part needed for my hot water tank, & everything went smoothly. Pricing was as promised, & I still have to apply for my $50 rebate from Fortis, which is a great incentive. So far so good! 👏👏👏
On Jan-09-2026, I had a new Combi Boiler installed in my home. Sam and two technicians / plumbers arrived at my house at 9 am and started work immediately. The three of them worked diligently without a break and completed the work at 3:30 pm.
