Hot water tank leaked on a Saturday, called BC Wide at 2:30 pm, tech came within the hour, instantly saw the problem, provided fair quote and able to do the installation, removal, etc all within 2-3 hours. I am extremely happy with the service from BC Wide. They replaced my old hot water tank with a Navien tankless system and upgraded my old boiler to a new Navien boiler. Everyone involved in the process was incredibly nice and knowledgeable.
A special shoutout to our technician, Alan, who handled both installations. He was punctual, very polite, and did such a neat job. I highly recommend BC Wide for their professional and high-quality work!
