Thank you Theo for prompt and clean service and fixing the furnace on a chilly day! They were polite and communicated well in advance: booking in the morning, accurate arrival time, and efficient service. They were respectful of our space too.

Very efficient from start to finish. They have one of the lower service call out fee which is great. On top of that the fee is included in the repair service as well. I called at around 8:30am to have a technician come and check my furnace. They were able to send someone out by the afternoon. Theo arrived at around 11:30am and was very knowledgeable as well as efficient. He fixed my furnace in about an hour. Very happy with the service that was provided!

Our parents needed a new boiler and water tank. Theo from Heat Co. dropped by next day to go over the overview of the issue as well as the recommended replacement units and how installation will go. He was very friendly and informative. Service was installed professionally and cleaned professionally as well. Theo even helped me applying for Fortis rebates. I definitely recommend Theo and Heat Co. for their superb customer service and professional work ethics! Thank you so much Heat Co.
