“Had a HVAC sensor problem. Abby came out, took care of the problem and while here she replaced our air filter downstairs. She has been to our house before. She is personable and knowledgeable. Does a great job. Have never had a problem with any of the techs from OnTime. Never nervous about who they send. We have a membership which covered the service so no cost to us which was great“

“Updated information: Capital Comfort and I talked over the one issue and to their credit they took ownership of the small issue and we worked together on a simple resolution. Generator installation went very smoothly and passed inspection with no issues. A little surprised at the lack of follow up to make sure everything went well and apparently the last installation guy didn’t report back that they scorched a small patch of our grass with their portable generator. Most important part is good though. The generator is up and running“
