I had a bad experience with another HVAC company the day before so I called Massey and they were able to do what others could not or would not(still not sure). Seems like everyone in HVAC wants to install a new unit these days instead of try fixing anything. Massey cleaned my coils and refilled my refrigerant just like I asked without me even being there and my AC is up and runnig like new. And it was way cheaper than i thought it would be. I will never call anyone else but Massey after this. Thank you guys
Massey Mechanical was assigned by my home warranty company and I plan to continue service with them. They fit me into their schedule on the same day the request was submitted even thought the scheduling lady made me aware that they had a full schedule for the day but she would check in with the technicians to see if they could fit me in at the end of the day. They let me know well in advance of their expected arrival and arrived right on time. The men got to work quickly and had a diagnosis within just a few minutes.
