Had a really good experience with Xcalibur Services today. My upstairs unit hadn’t been cooling like it should, and honestly I had been writing it off as the system just struggling with how hot and humid it’s been this summer.

Tim and Chelsea came out and pretty quickly figured out what was actually going on. It turned out there was a clog in the drain that was causing the float switch to trip and shut the unit down. They cleared the clog, got everything working again, and what I was expecting to potentially be a major repair (or an expensive conversation about replacing the unit) ended up being a pretty simple fix.

APCO sent us a letter saying our power meter was having issues. We called Xcalibur and they were there the same day. They did a thorough inspection of our electrical meter and panel. Chad then sat down with us and presented a few options for correcting the issues and some upgrades to get us in code. They have very reasonable financing options.

Chad had great communication with the permit and scheduling process, and keeping us in the loop. He and his team worked very quickly and we're done with all the work in the schedules tome they provided us.

Have now used Xcalber Services 3 times 9 months. All new issues at home, none recurring. HVAC related twice, and Plumbing once. Outstanding scheduling and service overall. Tim was the HVAC Tech Rep for this latest Air Conditioning matter in August. He made an inspection of our HVAC system (in our HOT Attic, corrected improper slope of of our condensate drain line coming from the AHU condensate drain pan, which then properly emptied
