Eric was very professional, got to work promptly, checked out the unit to see if it was running properly after installing the needed part, and left after explaining what he had done. I had Alabama Air come to give me a quote on a system that I was told needed replacing. I was told this by another heating and air company, where the technicians are on commission (although I was not aware that the technicians were on commission at the time)
The Alabama Air technician came exactly on time, did an examination of the system in question and told me the system was in perfect working condition and did not need to be replaced.
I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity.
