Dalton Pate was very helpful and diagnosed exactly what was going on with the toilet. He gave 3 options to consider. I appreciate very much his candor and concern towards solving this problem. I paid for the trip charge and have On Time Service returning tomorrow to install a new toilet that my son and I are picking up at Home Depot this evening.
Excellent work. Went over the plan to add a new service line and breaker replacement for our furnace, and then they went straight to work. Clean and professional work. Very satisfied!
Sam & Michael were great! Super helpful and took time to answer all my questions. They were able to successfully find the cause of our electrical issues. Also, we joined their membership which seems like a good value. Highly recommend.
