We’ve been using Stegall for years with great results! They’re friendly, professional, reliable and always seem to have someone available within a day or so - like Joe Rider! My wife and I were out of the country when our condenser died. We called for service and they went out within an hour to diagnose the issue. Joe Rider came out the very next morning at 8 AM to replace our unit. He communicated with us the whole time so we knew what was going on. The temp in the house when from 86 to 72 that same day and we came home to a nice cool house!Service: A/C system maintenance
I can begin to thank Stegall and Joe Rider enough. I called and scheduled for someone to look at our A/C after it went out and requested Joe because of work done with our family and he showed up the next day and helped us with figuring out a solution and being very personable and taking time to answer questions.
