“I’ve been with Brown for six years now and have been extremely pleased. This time the technician drove out on a Saturday afternoon late to fix my AC. I wisely bought the Brown shield membership and my cost for him to drive out and give a diagnosis was zero. I needed no parts or I would’ve gotten 20% off those. It was a pretty simple fix relatively but still the nice guy drove a long way round-trip and was here 30 minutes or more. I know they installed this AC and furnace six years ago and has always worked fine. I failed to timely replace the filter and possibly the drainage system had a little extra water in it. He flushed that out and checked the compressor and refrigerant, etc. and replaced the dirty filter. He did this without charge due to my long-term Brown membership maybe or to keep me coming back in the future, when this AC gives out. But I was coming back anyway And today’s after hours free fix further guarantees my loyalty to Brown Heating and cooling. Severe heat wave and after hours weekend call with arrival in 40 minutes from call. No charge. And no, I am not making this up. Brown AC has been nothing but incredible for me.”
