Could not recommend Western Sales & services more. I had another business out to inspect my unit who recommended to replace my unit. I called Western. They sent out Frank to look at my unit. He was wonderful such a professional and quickly communicated that all I needed was a new filter. I was floored by the discrepancy in recommendations. Western has forever earned my business.

All the Service Specialist have been Great, as well as the office staff ...I received a new unit ...with every call they did respond in a timely manner , I choose Western because I had used them 30 years ago...( Different owner's now of course) however service has been good.
