She is so good that I recently decided to bring my intellectually disabled daughter to Jenn for a trim. Jenn did a great job making my daughter feel comfortable and did a great job with her hair. Pat is what I call a Master Barber. He really takes his time and gets your cut done right. He is normal on time so you are not wasting time waiting for him to show up or to finish up on another client for long periods of time. I definitely would tell anyone to go see Pat for a haircut. A big flex in my opinion for Pat is he cuts all textures of hair no matter the race or gender Pat will have you feeling and looking your best when you leave his chair.

I love this place, i’ve been looking for someone who can actually do acrylic nails, and the type of designs I like, and they didn’t disappoint! The total was $108, but the gentleman that took care of me did a great job, and was really patient with me. I really recommend it! The inside is also very modern and fancy.

We happened upon Jake's while driving through Birmingham during lunchtime looking for good, fried catfish. The plus was Jake's was also a Caribbean restaurant. I had the curried chicken with Caribbean rice and fried sweet plantains. My husband had the catfish platter, which was a beautifully fried, crisp piece of white meat filet. The curried chicken was delicious - a nice-sized drumstick and thigh, which were braised to perfection - moist and tender with no fat, how do they do that?? The curry was tasty and went perfectly with the rice. I love sweet plantains, and I was served a generous portion, so I had leftovers. I highly recommend Jake's!! Affordable, delicious food and generous portions, can't beat that!!

The best experience ever! Where do I begin? I had a hair stylist from the time I was in 6th grade all the way up until I was 21 and I’m now 24 for the past 3 years I’ve been trying to find someone and a place I can trust with cutting my hair because I have very curly hair that is really hard to work with and to shape right when it comes to having my haircut. I called about 2 weeks before I actually got my haircut cut and Stephanie was straight forward and honest with me about her scheduling and who would be comfortable and not comfortable with cutting my hair witch already gave me great confidence in the salon and also knowing that they will try and set you up with the right person for the style your going for! Stephanie was the only one who really felt comfortable with cutting my hair but she has a very busy schedule and couldn’t fit me in at the time I had originally called. She contacted me! After she had an opening happen in her schedule to squeeze me in and I agreed to coming in at the time she gave me. Stephanie gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had! While talking with Stephanie in the process of cutting my hair I mentioned to her how my girlfriend had a trip to New Jersey coming up this Saturday and how she was trying to get a last minute trim before her trip. Stephanie then squeezed my girlfriend in with Chloe on the last minute trim that she needed and my girlfriend absolutely loved it and loved her experience with Chloe! For this being both mine and my girlfriends 1st experience here it was amazing and we will be recommending everyone to these amazing wonderful people! Both Chloe and Stephanie have gained 2 new permanent customers and I dont think you’ll have a better experience anywhere else!

The team at Mr. Drippy was outstanding! They helped us quickly resolve a leak and replaced our water heater in a matter of hours. They were efficient, thorough and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend their services!

The tiled in soap shelf in our master bathroom fell off the wall & closer inspection, it appeared to have mold underneath. I bought some tools and started popping off tiles, expecting a fairly straightforward repair & cleaning was in order-unfortunately the scale of the mold and obviously slowly dissolving drywall behind (the original construction had no water barrier between the dry wall and the tiles!) it became obvious this was going to be a major project. We asked around and got a quote for as high as $15,000 before we found Home Direct Services.
I knew something was different when Harrison offered to swing by our home after 6pm to give us a quote- that's the kind of thing someone who is serious about growing their business and establishing a positive relationship with a client will do.
He was very friendly and courteous and gave us a great quote for what we needed. Harrison gave us great advice on the types of alternatives to a tiled bathroom we could get, and made our lives very easy by acquiring all the materials & new fittings needed, including the shower kit ahead of time.
He and his work crew showed up on time when they said they'd be there, were respectful of our home and the whole process was completed within three days, which was much faster than we were expecting. Harrison inspected the work himself and even offered to adjust the new shower's temperature as well as making sure the new shower and drywall work were neatly painted as well.
Harrison was very responsive and gave us a very reasonable price and made the whole process very easy and stress free on his clients. We'd been anxious about the shower project as this was our first one, but I could not recommend Harrison and Home Direct Services more highly for anyone else needing similar work done.

She knows exactly where to go with her hands and fingers to relieve tension. And she knows the right amount of pressure to apply. She is not the lazy massage therapist. She works for the entire hour. The room was clean and the bed/table was heated; I thought I was in a dream when I felt that heat.
