“I reached out to Air Experts and service was scheduled for the following day. Andrew (Andy) came out and he was fantastic. Polite, listened, made zero assumptions ahead of time. He went to my AC unit, showed me what he was looking for, diagnosed the problem and step by step outlined the charges and alternate solutions. Here’s the thing. Another company came the day before but told me something similar but way exaggerated the situation. To the point it was almost unethical. Not Andy. Based on what the other company told me he even compared those prices and notes to show me what it would take to get to the prices I was quoted.
Ultimately, I didn’t choose air experts because I went with another provider locally who offered a different unit at a lower cost - budget is important to me right now being a single homeowner. BUT that should not sway you from calling Air Experts. They are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and most of all, honest. Their integrity sets them apart. I certainly recommend them.”
